If your child loves performing and wants to improve their skills then they’ll love the challenge and fun of working towards LAMDA examinations.

From helping to hone their acting talent to enhancing their communication skills, LAMDA‘s exams provide learners with the skills and confidence to flourish both on stage and in everyday life.

Students have the opportunity to take exams in a variety of different performance disciplines, including Speech and Drama, Musical Theatre, Verse and Prose, and Public Speaking.

All exams are designed to help students fully understand their chosen field, plus develop self-confidence, physical presence and a strong speaking voice.

LAMDA examinations in the fields of speech, drama, communication and performance taken by external students are recognised by Ofqual, the regulator in England and its counterparts in Wales and Northern Ireland. LAMDA accredited examinations at Level 3 or above are recognised within the UCAS Tariff system.

Beginners On Stage is a full LAMDA affiliated stage school and is proud to have a 100% pass rate (with a majority of distinctions).
